2. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on distinctclo.dk.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes.

Distinct accepts the following payment methods:

The amount will be debited from the customer's account at the time of order placement. A larger amount than approved by the customer can never be debited.
5. Order Confirmation and Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

6. Delivery
Distinct delivers exclusively within Denmark.
Delivery is made with PostNord to either a parcel shop or a private address.
Shipping cost is DKK 59.
Free shipping is offered for purchases over DKK 1,500.

The risk of the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

8. Returns
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
The clothing may be tried on but must not have been used, washed, or otherwise put into actual use.

In case of valid withdrawal, the customer can choose between:

9. Refund
In case of withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be made when Distinct has received and inspected the returned item, or when the customer has provided documentation of shipment.
10. Complaints
A 24-month right to complain is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints must be made via e-mail to kontakt@distinctclo.dk and within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
